Cancellation Policy Cancellations are accepted only in writing, by e-mail or fax. If a reservation is cancelled: between 1 month and 3 weeks prior to the arrival date, the guest-client is charged with 30% of the total reservation value. between 3 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, the guest-client is charged with 50% of the total reservation value.
